It becomes increasingly easy, as you get older, to drown in nostalgia. ~Ted Koppel
Remember these things? How is it we couldn’t do without them, but now we’ve forgotten many of them ever existed?
On the original riolinda87.com site, I had a guestbook with posts from many people immediately after the 2002 reunion. I had lost track of where that was hosted, but I found it again this morning.
It’s funny, because it was hard to get people to buy into the concept of communicating reliably online in 2002… now we’re all doing it, every single day, on Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc. Not only that, but we’re using our phones for updates. How nutty is that?
Here’s the link for 2002

And… the guestbook from the 2007 reunion is here:

A true blast from the past. I remember leaving the Rio Linda Elementary School grounds and heading for the Regal station to get candy and frozen burritos before school. Inevitable, that included 4 packs of 50 cent Bubble Yum or Bubblicious.
They had SO many flavors… there have been no less than 23 flavors of Bubblicious introduced, although 6 of them are no longer available. Some of their more popular varieties includes Cotton Candy, Watermelon Wave, Strawberry Splash, Gonzo Grape and Savage Sour Apple.
